Notice is hereby given that the Drugs (Prevention of Misuse) (Amendment) Bill 2019 is published for public consultation.

This is a Draft Bill and is not yet the finished product. The public is being consulted before the presentation of the Bill to Parliament for the First Reading on April 01, 2019. Thereafter, additional consultations will be effected as the Bill will be placed before a Select Committee.
