The year, 2017 marks the 220th anniversary of the attempted genocide, forced migration and subsequent resettlement of the Garifuna People to countries in Central America.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the Price and Distribution of Goods Act (Cap 161), approval was granted for changes to be made to the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), with effect from Monday 7th August, 2017 as detailed below.
